Shirley’s Sumptuous Shrimp
Quick, easy and delicious. Serve as a main course or an appetizer!
Ingredients:
¼ to ½ lb. Shrimp, fresh or frozen
1 Clove Garlic
¼ cup Sherry wine
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Run cold water over frozen shrimp and pat with
paper towels. Saute shrimp – one clove of garlic
mashed and some parsley in butter and oil (a good amount).
Simmer for a few minutes and add about ¼ cup
of Sherry wine.
In another pan sauté seasoned bread crumbs in
butter, a little salt, pepper and parsley.
Put the shrimp in a baking dish and top with bread
crumbs – bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Put under the broiler until they brown a little. Delicious!
Serves 2 – 4 An excellent Appetizer or Main Course!
